How to set a realistic launch date for your apparel brand.

What was taught and discussed this week at The Apparel Mentor Group Live Session taught by Mindy Martell?

  • This week we talked about how to set a realistic launch date. Most people are surprised by how long the process takes.

  • We discussed many factors like how much time the brand owners can dedicate to their apparel development can greatly impact how quickly they can launch.

    • For instance, if you have a full-time job and are doing this on the side then it will take longer.

  • If you are able to dedicate almost full-time to this endeavor it can get done quicker.
Either way, most new brands are looking at 9-18 months from concept to launch.
    Those are the FACTS.

  • We went over why it takes this long and all the steps involved.
In subsequent topics, I will be teaching more in-depth on how to get those steps done!
